Name Changes

Name change fees and details can be found on the FAQ page under "Name Changes & Cancellations" tab. Mind the deadlines!

You can sell/give your tickets to someone else by doing a Name change! This means that your ticket can be bought by another person, and they will take your spot on the trip.

Tickets & Payments

For questions about bookings & payments (e.g. not being able to pay by card, no booking confirmation), travel insurance for the cruise, legal aspects or refunds, please contact our partner Timetravels at customerservice@timetravels.fi or by using the button below.

Cancellatıons & Refunds

Cancellation fees and refund details can be found on the FAQ page under "Name Changes & Cancellations". Mind the deadlines!

When purchasing your ticket, you can choose to buy it with the standard fee, or with a flexible fee for extra safety features. A flexible ticket allows you to receive a larger return from your original ticket price, if you decide to cancel your trip later.
