Tickets sold in Estonia have an option to choose Tallinn as their departure point and such tickets include the ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki and back.

Departure Point
If you choose Tallinn as your departure point, you should arrive to the Port of Tallinn B Terminal by 06:30 at the latest on Sunday 16.03.
Your boarding time at Tallinn B Terminal: 06:30-07:00
On the way back on Tuesday 18.03, Eckerö Line's M/S Finlandia leaves from Helsinki West Terminal 2 at 15:15. You will arrive in Tallinn at around 17:30.
Self-transfer in Helsinki
You are responsible for your own transfer from the Katajanokka Terminal, where the ferry from Tallinn arrives, to the Port of Helsinki Olympia Terminal, where our cruise to Stockholm starts.
You will arrive at the Katajanokka terminal on 16.03 around 09:30 and boarding at the Olympia Terminal closes at 15:30, so make sure to starting moving after arrival to Helsinki right away! Walking from one terminal to the other takes about 30 minutes, public transport takes about 30 minutes. Check the connections here.
